Linea Verde Discovery is a television programme produced by Tvcom and broadcast on the Italian channel Rai 1.
I shot the video footage of the recipe for risotto with persimmons and coffee prepared by the famous Italian chef Giancarlo Morelli in his splendid and prestigious restaurant in Milan.

The ‘Ritratti Sospesi’ (Suspended Portraits) are dedicated to the ‘invisibles’ that Guido Harari met at some of Milan’s realities dedicated to hospitality. Among them, VIDAS, with whom I have been collaborating with love for some years as a videographer. Documenting the work of this great photographer in a video was an honour and a lesson for me.
